The Prague Centre Superior mobile solution is a cleaning service assistant for simple hotel room management and fault reporting.
Staff can see the allocated tasks they need to complete and change their status with a single click directly in the mobile app. Reception has an up-to-date overview of each room’s condition and knows which rooms can already be assigned to accommodate guests.

The entire cleaning service staff can see an overview of tasks in the app. When they complete a task, they simply press a button and the whole team can see the changes in real time.
Any fault found by a staff member can be immediately reported through the app. For maximum effectiveness, a voice recording or photo can be easily uploaded.
The app integrates fully with any hotel management tools already in place.
