ŠKODA AUTO launches Marketplace, a revolutionary infotainment web app for drivers
Elevup is proud to have developed the front-end of the Marketplace app and is keen to start work on the future development array.
Finally, there is some good news for all drivers looking to save some money. With Marketplace, drivers of selected ŠKODA models will receive offers, such as discounts on fuel, coffee, or carwash available en route. With information such as the current position of the vehicle, the vehicle's fuel level, and the weather, the app determines the most relevant offers for the driver. For example, when the fuel tank is running low, the app in the infotainment system will display deals related to fuel and petrol station discounts.
ŠKODA made arrangements with its partners for the app to contain deals on driver's essentials, such as fuel, food, beverages, and vehicle services, and continues to add more offers from supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, etc.

Now, we continue to upgrade the front-end while we dive into rewriting the app's back-end.”
The app is now available in the latest versions of the vehicle infotainment systems in SCALA, KAMIQ, SUPERB, KAROQ, and KODIAQ model series, with other models coming up. At the same time, the service is ready for use in the Czech republic first before reaching other markets. All that the driver must do before using the app is activate their ŠKODA Connect account and register in the ŠKODA Marketplace app.
